About the Department | Library & Collection Services oversees everything pertaining to the adult library collection. The department handles circulation functions for all library materials, including: check-outs, cards, fines & fees, holds, and renewals. The department also manages the material in the collection, including: ordering, cataloging, processing, handing requests, withdrawing, and reordering. Special services such as interlibrary loan, homebound delivery, and basic computer classes are also offered by the Library & Collection Services Department. |

About the Department | The Indiana Room provides services for local history, genealogy and the Indiana collection. The Indiana Room oversees the management of The Guilford Township Historical Collection which is housed in an environmentally-controlled archives. The GTHC includes books, photographs, newspapers, family files, maps, microfilm, and an archival collection of a broad variety of historically relevant manuscripts, broadsides, and other items. We also manage the Indiana collection of circulating and reference items. Services offered include online databases, obituary look-ups, Affiliate with the Family History Library, and genealogy assistance. |

About the Department | Community Central is in charge of developing and publicizing the library’s message. They design and produce the bi-monthly Title Pages newsletter, library flyer and brochures. About the Department | Youth Services provides materials and programs for children and Teens ages birth to grade 5. The collections contain materials in all formats including books, magazines, videos and music. The department also provides programming for children of all ages. The department provides a collection of textbooks from the local schools. |
